CompTIA survey claims low level of understanding of RFid among organizations

According to a research by CompTIA, two thirds of organizations deploying or evaluating RFid solutions are learning about the technology as they go. More than 500 organizations were surveyed and around 65.9 % said that they were still learning about Rfid. 26.3 % said that they had intermediate level of understanding of RFid. The study also stated that there was a low level of understanding about RFid technology across all vertical markets. Although there was a low level of understanding, still only one half of the organizations surveyed had either completed RFid implementations or plan to do so within the next twelve months.
