NCR Corp, which manufactures Automatic teller machines (ATM) and RFID products, has announced that it has bought out privately-held IDVelocity LLC, which develops process management software maker. NCR has not disclosed the financial figures for this deal yet.
Greensboro-based (North Carolina) IDVelocity, develops software that collects, moves and uses data from RFID and other auto-ID transactions from fixed and mobile systems.
NCR, based in Dayton, Ohio, buying out IDVelocity boosts its RFID line of products.
