Lockheed to own RFID Company Savi
Without disclosing the amount, Military contractor Lockheed Martin Croporation told that corporation will own Savi Technology Inc. Savi Inc Technology is a maker of RFD software and hardware.
The boards of both parties have approved the deal. The deal is likely to close in the second quarter. The agreement allows Savi, a contractor for the Department of Defense as well as civil agencies and business as a wholly owned subsidiary under its integrated systems and solutions business based in Gaithersburg, Md..
