IC from EM Microelectric
EM Microelectronic has introduced an analog front-end integrated circuit, the EM4094, for 13.56 MHz RFID readers. The IC is a good choice for hand-held reader solutions and is capable o supporting a range of communication protocols. The EM4094 13.56MHz RFID demonstration reader, which is intended to serve as a reference design and development kit, has also been released by the company.
